Had broken my ankle in 3 places and couldn’t weight bear. I had been sleeping on the sofa for 9 weeks when my stairlift was fitted. From order to delivery was 7 days. Fitting 3 days later as delivered Friday and fitted Monday. Slept in my own bed for first time in 9 weeks! Also the luxury of a shower.

Cancelled order as the original design was incorrect and would take a further week to install.
I canceled my new stairlift order within the 3-day window. It took a long time for the refund to be sent, but I do appreciate that they accepted my cancellation.
Excellent company, enquired one day and it was fitted the next morning, fantastic service all round and best of all no contract, just pay monthly and they will take away once finished with it. Would recommend highly.
They can give you a Stair Lift for just under £1600!

WITH regards to value for money I did not get like for like quotations but I did get two other quotations for similar products.
The stairlift I chose met my requirements and was the Platinum, Standard Duty, Power Swivel.
