Reviews are triggered automatically: the first email is sent 40 days after the initial enquiry, with a polite follow-up at 70 days if no feedback is received. Emails are sent under the Honest Opinion brand while featuring the logo of the relevant lead generation site, maintaining trust and continuity.
Every email includes a clear call-to-action leading customers to the review submission page, along with an unsubscribe option. This ensures transparency and respect for customer choice, while still enabling valuable feedback collection.
