After a months regular daily use, everything is working very well.
Totally professional service. Kept updated via phone messages as to installation times. Fitter was pleasant and explained how to use stair lift. Since then we have signed up to the service/extended warranty scheme to ensure maintenance/it sues are dealt with promptly. Peace of mind...sorted!

the fitter arrived on time very courteous and did a grate job i would definitely recommend them .

I have two concerns.....the nose made by the hydraulic hinge and the challenge of pressing the move button whilst carrying things. Not complaints, but observations I would like to share
