the engineer managed to flood the whole house he broke the mains - they did come back the next day and fix the mains problems and finish fitting the water softener which is working fine now. It has been 3 months and i have no correspondence from Harvey`s since, no invoice, no apology, I am taking action to claim back expenses for damage to the property. All this being said I would still recommend Harvey`s as hes aware this was an accident and was fixed promptly.
