It was fitted very quickly- very pleasant engineer, we are very happy with the stair lift. We did get a price from Stannah which was a lot higher even just for a reconditioned stair lift, so i`m sure we made the right choice.

I am very happy with the stair lift.

We were slightly mislead by the sales person and were advised they`d have to remove a door and fit on the right hand side over the Bannister -but when the engineer turned up he was happy to fit on the left hand side which was much more suited for the property and prevented doors having to be removed and us not having access to our Bannister. These changes caused for it to take longer for the engineer but i was very happy with the service in the end and it all worked out for best.

Absolutely great job - the service really was brilliant. My in laws needed an adjustment due to them having a new bathroom door fitted and they came back within 24 hours and made the adjustment free of charge.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was fitted. The fitter was really helpful and made sure i was completely happy using the stair lift before he left. I would defiantly recommend to others.

Really good really helpful, seat belt a bit sticky but i will contact them to have this looked at.
