From initial inquiry to fitting was less than 36 hours, which was just what we needed as my wife had, had an accident and could not be released from hospital until we had the stair lift in place. Brilliant Job.

The machine has broken down twice, my father has been stranded on the stair lift twice, the battery has blown along with several other issues.After sales service is appalling. The initial sale was misleading and promised things we weren`t actually entitled to when the engineer got there. We were lucky enough to still be in our cooling off period so are having the stair lift removed this weekend.

Good quality product, delivered and installed on time within budget. Job well done.

Although we were mislead as far as timings on the day were concerned, the job itself was done quickly & efficiently.

The work was done quickly and competently in a cheerful manner.

I wanted the track to be in one piece, not joined,I know the track would not come in by the front door, by as I pointed out it could have come via the kitchen window,all I was told health and safety, could not do it.

False start - as the engineer was ill but some one was with us the day after. We did have a few glitches had to call them back out but there customer service was great got everything sorted very quickly and efficiently.
