Nothing further to add- very happy with the experience.

The only hiccup was the company didn`t take my correct telephone number to start with and they were under the impression they had spoken to me and arranged a time, when they hadn`t.(They arrived to do the job unexpectedly) Apart from this, all ran smoothly with the installation and I have been very happy with the product since. I would recommend them to others.

This was for my mum- she was very pleased with the service from start to finish and the workmanship of the product is very good. The stairlift is very quiet and she can use it very easily. This is a weight of my mind to know she is now safe going up and down the stairs.

They gave me a quote to which I said I would go away and think about it and then Mohammed called me back and suggested the Black Friday deal, so they actually made the effort to contact and better the quote again. All was very efficient with the installation process and no problems so far with the system. I feel much safer now with it. I have already recommended the company on the TRUST PILOT website.

There have been a few glitches with the sensors being out of stock but these are being sorted efficiently. Other than that, very happy with the installation process and how the system operates. Verisure are very prompt and friendly when responding to the alarm being set off.

I would say 4 out of 5 for the over-all quality of the job and service due to a couple of misunderstandings with the completion of the job, but I believe that was due to one of the chaps being possibly new to the company. Apart from that, all is quite fine and every time the alarm goes off the company call and sort any problems out immediately. I would definitely recommend the company.
