This was for my father and he is delighted with it, he wishes he had got one sooner.

They were very simple and easy to deal with , they were wonderful. Product works brilliantly, cant fault anything. I would certainly recommend.

We`ve had excellent service from beginning to end and even when a part had packed up we had another one fitted within 20 minutes of calling them. So no complaints, very very happy with Companion and the service they provide.

They did a good job- and it has really helped my husband who has Parkinson`s disease.

There was a small malfunction with the remote but the company promptly came and sorted this with no fuss. Everything else we have been very happy with and therefore would recommend the company.

The process from survey to fitting was much like a roller-coaster- they were very quick. I was happy with everything except one minor thing. After the installation, I noticed the power lead to the power-point could have been fitted a little neater along the skirting board rather than how it was positioned. Other than that I was very happy and would recommend the company.

I was happy with the service apart from it being discussed in the beginning that the bannisters were going to be removed by them. This didn`t happen and they went back on what they had said. Apart from that, everything ran smoothly and I am very happy with the stairlift itself. I would recommend the company to others, just have it in writing what is going to installed and removed from the outset.

Apart from a problem with a missing part which meant the completion of the installation was delayed, I am very happy. The people who I dealt with were very friendly and kind. The Stairlift has been a revelation to my life.

I am very happy with Companion and how they installed the product and how it has helped me since, carrying my shopping up the stairs is so much easier now. I would recommend them to others.

The gentleman that came out and fitted the Stairlift was excellent.
