There was a problem with the mattress- it had metal clips which had fallen off. The operation and the quoting were all very acceptable and the staff were all very polite.

Over-all happy with the company, although the bed didn`t have casters on the bottom when the chap told me they would- only skittle legs. I also had to wait a month for delivery but I don`t think this is the companies fault. No other problems with the bed so I would recommend the company to others.

We went with them because they had a movable rail and the equipment seemed a lot better than any other. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend them.

They did everything we asked quickly and everything works really well.
