Based on my experience with the company so far, I would recommend them but it is hard to comment fully on their service when I haven`t had to call them out yet, but so far so good.

I feel safer, they told me all the information I needed, the customer service was really good, any problem has been answered. I have told all my friends to do the same and contact the company.

I was having to go away next day, so the company kindly came and fitted as quickly as they could, however because of this I perhaps didn`t get the detailed explanation of how to operate the system like I perhaps should have. Based on my experience with the company so far, I would recommend them.

There was a problem with the mattress- it had metal clips which had fallen off. The operation and the quoting were all very acceptable and the staff were all very polite.
