The service was all very good from start to finish, there has been over sensitivty on the shock absorbers sometimes but this is sorted very quickly by the company-- the app is very good and user friendly.

I was told I would need to place the order by the Friday if I was to get by Christmas- I didn`t manage to order until the Tuesday after and I still received the bed by Christmas. This was great. The company were very helpful, especially as I needed a King size bed with just one mattress, rather than a dual, so they built two singles together and created it so the mechanism from the remote works the whole bed rather than each side. I found the company very friendly and very accommodating to our needs.

I`ve already recommended to 2 family members and one has already signed up with Verisure. I have found them very efficient and there were no problems with the installation of the product.

They were really thorough and sold me everything I needed. The over-all cost ended up being cheaper than the initial quote given, so I was very happy.

The job ended up being cheaper than expected as they offered me a discount. I did have to make adjustments on the alarm as I was worried about walking around my apartment at night- but I called the technical department and they easily re-set it. I would definitely recommend the company if anyone asked me.

I`m very happy with the service by Verisure so far, to have the extra security for my wife and kids is brilliant.

Based on my experience with the company so far, I would recommend them but it is hard to comment fully on their service when I haven`t had to call them out yet, but so far so good.
