The team were very helpful, they got on with the job, no messing about, and we are very pleased with it.

The only issue I had with the company was the start time of the job- they kept putting it back and back and it caused a problem with me trying to get time off work. The final morning he was supposed to come he didn`t turn up until 4pm. Other than that there were no other problems and I would recommend the company.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly and made the experience really easy.

From start to finish I was happy with the service and the product. The only problem was that they started a day later than expected and only let me know their van had broken down 2 hours before. I would recommend the company despite this.

They were very good with the pre-sales customer service and also after-sales care. We are very happy with the company.

The gentleman who came and fitted it, gave us a really good demonstration on how to use the stair-lift, which is really important. The initial sales man was also very truthful and honest about how much it would be and when the work could be completed by.

We had no complaints with the company whatsoever, they installed the stair lift very quickly and efficiently which was great as it was urgently needed.

I`m happy. It was an easy installation with our staircase and power-points but having said that they did it very well.

My main issue was the fact I was quoted double what the price ended up being after I suggested I would need to go elsewhere. I don`t think this is right. Other than that I have been very happy with the service and installation and the quality of the product is very good. I don`t recommend companies to anyone generally.

The sales consultation and the installation was brilliant, really pleased with the whole service. The price was very good and didn`t change at all.

Just what I needed when I needed it. Bit concerned with the red light, but when I read the manual I discovered this was all normal. Very happy with it.
