All was ok apart from when they delivered the mattress it had a big stain and it was not as firm as what they had said it would be. I was unable to try the mattress as they said my room was too small for them to bring it in the house downstairs so I had to take their word for it that it would be firm enough for my medical needs. The company been very helpful and I am now waiting for a new mattress without a stain on it, but they say there is nothing they can about changing the firmness without me paying extra. I would recommend the company but I would advise people to do their research properly before purchasing such an expensive item.

Very happy with the efficiency of the service and the product is very good and sturdy. The guy that came to fit it was very friendly and courteous, made no fuss and just got on with the job. I would highly recommend this company.

All brilliant and the chair is fantastic for my mother.

The company were really helpful right from the start- there was no pressure either like there had been with other companies I had received a quote from. Plus they were the most competitive. I was very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone needing an adjustable bed.

Everything was absolutely fine, except for the fact that once they had installed they did call a few times to push the sale of the extra 4 years warranty cover. This I found a little pushy as I had already said I might take that out towards the end of the years warranty it comes with.

The original lady who came to survey was very nice- the engineers themselves were also very good. I have had no problems with the stair-lift itself. I would recommend the company to others.

My only negative comment would be the sales side was a little too pushy- however they offered to do the job very quickly. The surveyor and the installer were absolutely excellent, very calm, gentle and very professional and more than made up for the not so impressionable start of the sales person.

I thought they were very proper in the way they handled the finances with my mother, they were clear on the price and they presented my mother with a proper receipt ...the price was very affordable. The whole experience you expect to be unaffordable and far more of a upheaval than what it is. The stair-lift was fitted within a week of getting the survey and they really did do a super job- it has made a big difference to my mothers confidence as she was sometimes a prisoner upstairs in her own bedroom as she was too afraid to use the stairs. I would certainly recommend for anyone to use Acorn above any other company.

I thought the salesman was really good- straight to the point - gave us his best price which we were happy with. After-sales service was good also, with their follow up to make sure all was ok. I would definitely recommend the company.

The stair- lift didn`t work after installation due to a faulty part- but the engineer came out the next day and replaced it. One thing I find trying is keeping your finger on the button to go up or come down and its slightly a more rougher ride than I would have liked, but that might be due to our staircase not being straight. I would suggest to other people to try the company as the product has made a big difference to my life.

I am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the product and how it works. I would recommend the company to others.
