The sales process/ presentation was incredible and very slick and made everything very clear about what they would be doing. The aftercare has been brilliant with the area representative giving her mobile number to update and if we had any problems. The service is much more personalised. Also during installation, Verisure were going to start drilling holes which I was concerned about because we are soon to move house, they again suggested a flexible way of getting round this but for us still to remain safe. The whole nature of the customer service is incredible. I receive a response through the microphone immediately asking if all is ok if the sensors accidentally go off and also a phone call within 10 minutes explaining what has happened and how to resolve it... I couldn`t be more impressed with the service that the company offers.

The system is very user friendly, the engineer was very honest with the details of the networks and what would happen if one lost signal, as it is wireless- all the eventualities were covered. I would give 4.5/5 for quality. Everything ran smoothly and the product is working well for us.

The only blip was the fact that the delivery men hadn`t been given the instruction to take our old chair away, so this wasn`t sorted until they had had a conversation with the lady at the company. Other than that, everything was very straightforward and it was nice to get a clear quotation from them at the start, something the other companies refused to give.

There was a minor hiccup with the cables and the draws but the company soon rectified this by coming out the next day. I have had no other problems with the purchase of the bed and the product since. I would recommend the company.

What impressed me most, was when things did go wrong (out of their control) - they took full responsibility and were very positive in dealing with the problem and even upgraded our bed as compensation. I cannot fault the service they provided to us.

All was ok apart from when they delivered the mattress it had a big stain and it was not as firm as what they had said it would be. I was unable to try the mattress as they said my room was too small for them to bring it in the house downstairs so I had to take their word for it that it would be firm enough for my medical needs. The company been very helpful and I am now waiting for a new mattress without a stain on it, but they say there is nothing they can about changing the firmness without me paying extra. I would recommend the company but I would advise people to do their research properly before purchasing such an expensive item.
