They were fine, it was a very prompt service, installed within a week. No problems with the stair-lift itself, so far so good.

I am very impressed by how quickly they acted. The alarm system itself when you set it, there is an annoying beep for about 20 seconds but other than that everything is perfect.

The only negative I would say is that they are not clear on the fact that VAT gets added to the installation fee and also the monthly payments. This needs to be made clearer in the beginning. Other than that, I am very happy with the service and the product.
