We were quoted for a reconditioned one but it turned out they only had brand new for those measurements, so that is what came and the price stayed the same for us, so we were very happy. It was exactly what we wanted and the product is working well for me.

Everything went smoothly and I am very happy.

Much cheaper than other companies and I was amazed at how quick they did install it for us. We try and stay as mobile as possible my husband and I but its good to have that safety net should I have off days where my arthritis plays up and my family have peace of mind as well for our safety in moving up and down the stairs.

The service was not as expected as the sales guy promised the following weekend for installation which then got refused after my deposit and order was placed. Also the survey guy did not communicate our measurements and requirements properly as the installer was unaware that a radiator cover had to be removed. This has meant my father now needs to lift his legs as he goes up to the top of the staircase. The quality of the product is excellent, but these errors in the first place has affected the over-all result for us. I would recommend the company but I would also make others aware of our problems experienced.

They were very good and the stair-lift is working beautifully, no complaints.

My only wish would be that it arrived slightly higher on the top landing...but they tell me that that is the highest landing point for it, so out of their control. Otherwise I am very happy with it and the very nice chap that fitted it, did it with no fuss at all and left everything very tidy.

This is the second time I have used the company in a couple of years, so I am very happy with the service they provide.

The engineer arrived half hour earlier than expected and finished 1 hour earlier than expected. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the product and would definitely recommend.

No complaints at all- this has made a total difference to my aunts way of life.

They were quick and came and installed straight away. There were no problems plus they were polite and professional.
