There was an issue with one of the cameras so the guys did have to come back, but this did not not too much of an inconvenience.... I was very surprised at how cheap it was for what you get, its great value for money, the guys were really nice. I cant believe I waited this long to get it fitted, it does so much more than I expected which gives me such great peace of mind.

They were fantastic, totally professional, sales guy wasn`t pushy, understood our needs, understood he may not get a decision on the night. The fitter couldn`t have been more pleasant and was sensitive to my 92 year old mothers needs. I wouldn`t hesitate to employ both of the acorn representatives and I would certainly recommend the company based on our experience.

We have had a few teething problems with the stair lift since installation, but the company have been very good and our coming out to sort these out. We had no problems with the sales or installation, I would definitely and have recommended the company.

The price ended up being cheaper than the quote given at survey. I was very happy with the service, the engineer left everything very tidy and I`m very grateful that you recommended Acorn to me, my children wish I had gone for this months ago.

The surveyor came and he was charming but when they came to fit the stair lift there was no way they were going to get the track in our type of house, it needed to have been ordered in 2 parts. This then caused a delay as the product had to be reordered. I do not know who`s fault this was, whether it was the surveyor or the factory where it was distributed from, but certainly the logistics side of the company failed somehow. Once re-ordered the engineer who installed was marvellous and I cannot fault him, left everything tidy and the product itself is great and has benefited my husband no end. I would recommend the company but I would warn others to ask as many questions as possible at point of survey as they also did not mention the servicing costs to upkeep the stair lift in the future.

It did exactly what it said on the tin and the after sales has been very efficient and helpful.

On my own personal experience I wouldn`t recommend an Acorn Stair lift due to how slow it is getting up and down the staircase. After speaking with Acorn I believe this is because I have a rather steep staircase which has bends. Other people may not have this problem. The quality of the installation and the service provided was excellent however.

I think they were very straight forward right from the beginning, the pricing was straight forward and clear, sending me literature and prices including all the options for extras. This is very different in comparison to other more pressuring companies. They took me through everything during the order process and answered all of my questions rather than pressurising me to buy certain extras. The bed itself was delivered on time with no fuss and is very luxurious to sleep on, I am very happy with the whole experience and am thinking about buying another product from the company in the near future.

All great, no problems so far.
