Met far more than expected, never slept so well in many years
I got a orthopaedic bed for my pain in my leg and couldn’t sleep in my own bed and had too sleep on the settee when I got my new bed I thought I hope it’s ok . And now I can sleep really well the pain is a lot better now I sleep with the leg support raised and my head slightly raised .i am really glad I got it
Very Expensive please do not purchase it
The chair was delayed, due to a shortage elsewhere of hide and not of any fault of Camelot. We were kept informed of any updates. An excellent service from Camelot.
Problems were fixed and fitters were nice and courteous

Installation Engineer was very helpful, especially after allocated space was not big enough to take unit. Original Engineer/salesman measured area when he came to our house and said it would fit.
Very difficult to get hold of Phoenix directly on the phone. Leave message and takes several days before reply.
The company was unable to complete the contract
Shop around for prices. The only difference is, you might want to try sitting on the chair.
