The two gentleman were very nice and very helpful and they stayed over their time to make sure that we fully understood how to use the equipment. I have already recommended the company as it has given me such a feeling of security after 2 previous attempted break ins.

The sales guy didn`t explain the added VAT payment each month, we just found this out when the direct debit came out. Installation took place the next day which was great, however this took much longer than anticipated as they seemed to be training another person up and then there was a third person sat with all of the equipment. I found this a little intrusive as I was trying to keep the children out of the way which proved difficult.. The product itself is fantastic and much more sophisticated than other companies. It gives great piece of mind, especially when the company contact you so swiftly if one of the sensors are activated.

The company did take 4 hours to set up the system due to technical issues which wasn`t very convenient as they had said only 2 hours. The general customer service was really good, however because we have a puppy the sensors just kept going off, meaning I got calls from the company regarding the issue of disarming the alarm. There was unfortunately no way around this so we had to have the system removed, then the cancellation of it took another 2 weeks from when we called, so based on that experience I wouldn`t look into having Verisure again. The quality of the product is good though (if you don`t have a dog that might disturb it constantly) and the general customer service was very good.

I just think they were fantastic as there had been a robbery and I needed a system to be installed very quickly with no fuss. It was a really quick turn-a round time as they did it the same day as the survey. The man that installed it was excellent. I have already recommended the company to a friend in the same street.

Fantastic service, I have the mobile number of the area representative, in case of any issues, so they offer a very personalised service. I was very happy with everything.

The monthly fee is quite a lot of money, and wouldn`t be for everyone. For us though its fine and we are very happy with it. You do get a good service along side the alarm system, the company are extremely prompt in getting in touch with you if you accidentally set it off.

Yes I was happy with everything although I didn`t get a quote until they had actually come to fit the alarm system. So far so good in terms of value for money though.

I think it was all really good and I would recommend to anyone thinking of fitting an alarm system in their home.

I am happy with the service given however my only suggestions would be for the cameras to be able to give a live view of whats happening rather than a photo, many home are smart homes and to have the system all linked up to the smart phones would make the service much better value for money. If the cameras had the ability to have two way communication, connected through an app..so I could speak through the app which linked to the camera this would make the system even more effective and give an even greater level of security. I believe there may be other companies providing this level of technology.

Everything that it said on the tin as it were was done.

They came on time, the sales chap explained it well and answered our questions well, when we had a technical issue the guy came back as needed as fixed it with no problem. I am very happy with the service.
