I thought they were well priced for what they offer.

This is a really hard water area so I am really pleased with the difference it has made. Quality would be 4 and a half out of 5 and I would certainly recommend the company.

They were quite helpful, the sales guy was here for an hour explaining everything and they came and fitted with no problems at all. product is working fine.

We are very happy with it, no problem, they were excellent with what they did, everything about them, so I would highly recommend.

There was a slight delay on the engineer coming so this needed to be rescheduled but it wasn`t a problem for us. I am happy with the service and the quality of the product so far and would recommend them.

There was a leak from a faulty part within a day which they sorted promptly, however because if that I would rate them 4 out of 5 for quality. I would definitely recommend the company despite this minor hiccup.

They were very good, there was extra work to do due to our pipe work which they did without increasing the price.

All went well except for the engineer arriving late in the day to install due to him working so late the day before, this could have been communicated better. Other than that, I am happy with the service provided and the quality of the product.
