We are very happy with it, no problem, they were excellent with what they did, everything about them, so I would highly recommend.

Happy with everything.

There was a slight delay on the engineer coming so this needed to be rescheduled but it wasn`t a problem for us. I am happy with the service and the quality of the product so far and would recommend them.

There was a leak from a faulty part within a day which they sorted promptly, however because if that I would rate them 4 out of 5 for quality. I would definitely recommend the company despite this minor hiccup.

They were very good, there was extra work to do due to our pipe work which they did without increasing the price.

I was very pleased with the service.

All went well except for the engineer arriving late in the day to install due to him working so late the day before, this could have been communicated better. Other than that, I am happy with the service provided and the quality of the product.

Everything ran smoothly. No problems, we are very happy with it.

The two gentleman were very nice and very helpful and they stayed over their time to make sure that we fully understood how to use the equipment. I have already recommended the company as it has given me such a feeling of security after 2 previous attempted break ins.

The sales guy didn`t explain the added VAT payment each month, we just found this out when the direct debit came out. Installation took place the next day which was great, however this took much longer than anticipated as they seemed to be training another person up and then there was a third person sat with all of the equipment. I found this a little intrusive as I was trying to keep the children out of the way which proved difficult.. The product itself is fantastic and much more sophisticated than other companies. It gives great piece of mind, especially when the company contact you so swiftly if one of the sensors are activated.

The company did take 4 hours to set up the system due to technical issues which wasn`t very convenient as they had said only 2 hours. The general customer service was really good, however because we have a puppy the sensors just kept going off, meaning I got calls from the company regarding the issue of disarming the alarm. There was unfortunately no way around this so we had to have the system removed, then the cancellation of it took another 2 weeks from when we called, so based on that experience I wouldn`t look into having Verisure again. The quality of the product is good though (if you don`t have a dog that might disturb it constantly) and the general customer service was very good.

I just think they were fantastic as there had been a robbery and I needed a system to be installed very quickly with no fuss. It was a really quick turn-a round time as they did it the same day as the survey. The man that installed it was excellent. I have already recommended the company to a friend in the same street.
