I`m told it was more expensive than others, but I don`t know that as I don`t have anything to compare it to. I am happy with the product and the service anyway.

They were brilliant, smart reliable and did a really good job. They even fixed a leak I had. I have already recommended them to others.

The demonstration was very comprehensive and the engineer was very careful with what he did and how I wanted the softener fitted. I would recommend the company no problem.

Well presented and well explained in the consultation process. Everything went well after that too. No problems.

The only hiccup was with the guy coming to install was off sick so cancelled which was inconvenient because I had booked 2 days off work, but other than that everything went well and I`ve had no problems since. I would definitely recommend the company.

The initial demonstration of the product was very good. The company has been very good generally- particularly the after sales care where we have had a couple of issues, they have been very prompt in sorting.

They started earlier than expected due to a cancellation which was great. There was one minor hiccup in that the original salesman and I agreed a certain height but the fitter did it slightly higher. As it happens I decided to keep it this way as it was fine. The workman were polite and tidy, they didn`t disrupt the street at all, and over-all they were very professional.

Price was a little bit high, but the service and the product is good. The water filter was not as good as the softener.

From beginning to end they were very good.
