I was expecting the guys to be there for a few hours setting up the bed, but they sorted it out very quickly. I am very happy with the product except for a dip into the middle of the mattress which I am going to call them about.

When the guys unpacked it, the chair had previously been dropped somehow, so one of the wheels has been damaged, they replaced it temporarily with an odd one as it was the Easter holiday, this is now over and the wheel still needs to be replaced, so I will have to chase this. Other than that, I am very happy with the whole process and would recommend them.

It wasn`t an easy job....they were very on the ball, resolved every problem that came along with the pipework and were very nice friendly guys. I would definitely use them again if I needed too.

There were a few small issues but we were able to get these sorted by Harveys very quickly with no fuss. I would recommend the company certainly.

It was a very pleasant experience as far as these things go.. with the salesman and the engineer installing both being very friendly and very polite... I`ve had no problems since.

The installation was fine, the only disappointing feature was the way they put back the worktop fascia but other than that everything went really well.
