There were a couple of issues with the order not being built as specified. Draws were missing and the reading lights had European plugs with no adapters. 2 weeks later I`m still waiting for someone to come out and fit the adapters they have now sent me. Very efficient on the phone when you call, but what gets sent is not quite right, so this has become a little frustrating. The value for money is very good as the price was half the cost of the same bed that had been demonstrated by another company. Despite the hiccups I would recommend the company for their style of products and customer service. Not pushy at all.

The service McCarthy provide is really good, very honest and informative, fantastic - Louise McCarthy couldn`t have done enough for us in giving us all the information and advice we needed. A very personalised service indeed.

After installation there was a problem and I was expecting a quick response but because it was snowing and bad weather there was a slight delay. Apart from this this I am very happy with the service I received and I`ve had no problems with the product since.

The first water softener didn`t work properly and it left me with 3 leaks, but then the second one they fitted with a different engineer, was fine and I`ve had no problems with it since. I would definitely recommend the company based on how they sorted the problem and how it has been since.

I have mentioned to them how pleased I am with it. There was just a little problem with the delivery, in that they said between 9-5 which I feel most people would prefer a morning or afternoon time frame. This they said they are working on to improve for customers.

I was expecting the guys to be there for a few hours setting up the bed, but they sorted it out very quickly. I am very happy with the product except for a dip into the middle of the mattress which I am going to call them about.
