The guys were very friendly and nice. The price was cheaper and everything was explained really well with no pushy selling. Once installed we made a mistake with the alarm and they were extremely prompt and non judgemental in solving the issue for us. We are very happy and it gives us great peace of mind.

I was happy with it overall, the only problem has been my cat setting it off so Verisure advised me to keep the alarm on Day Mode all the time, which stops the cat from activating it. The system is just slightly less sensitive in Day Mode which I`m fine with.

They took a little bit longer to install than expected but other than that everything went very well.

I am very pleased with everything..nothing further to add.

I am struggling a little to get used to such a monitored sensitive alarm system as there have been occasions where I have forgotten to turn it off and I`ve then set off the sensor, but i`m sure in time it will become more routine.
