There was a slight issue with the stair lift once installed but the company soon rectified this.

It only took a week from the time of the survey to when they came to install. Its all been working well since, I am very happy with it.

There was a couple of weeks delay after what they had promised. I had a problem with the product as soon as they installed in that the chair catches the wall at the top as it goes round, this has affected how I feel about the quality of it. An engineer has been out promptly but the problem still isn`t sorted. I feel quite tired to have to keep ringing and waiting in for them. Unless I`m delighted with a product, I don`t tend to recommend, I hope the issue gets resolved.

The company came earlier than expected as they called to ask if they could install on a Saturday which we were happy with. We compared Companion with another company and what sold it over the other was the discreet track as it doesn`t show the teeth like others do, it also doesn`t take up as much room as we were led to believe, so we are delighted with it.

There was no hard sales push, they were very friendly and easy to deal with. The stair lift has helped me an awful lot to be able to get up and down the stairs now.

I had the survey done and I was told that it could be fitted within a week. 2 days after a week had passed they called me to say they couldn`t fit until the Artex on my walls had been tested. 3 weeks after this it came back ok and they arranged to install. I wasn`t very happy with the delay and lack of communication. Also the hand rail they replaced mine with doesn`t look as good as before. I wouldn`t recommend the company based on my experience. However, I cannot fault the quality of the actual stair lift.

Everything ran smoothly, very happy.

I had a problem after the installation and they were very efficient and prompt in getting it sorted for me. Everything went very well.

I was expecting a glass veranda, but it was glass fibre which is not what I wanted. However the quality of the job was 5/5 for what they gave me.

They arrived early, and so started the job on time which was really convenient. The veranda was fitted during the heavy snow, therefore they tidied the area as best they could, however I had to clean up the rest myself once the snow had cleared.

i think they had a really professional approach and installed very quickly. I have had problems with the app for android converting into Italian but this they are sorting very quickly.
