I am happy with the operation of the stair lift, however, the wiring was put around the door frame rather than hidden inside and also where the stair carpet was taken up after they put down again there was a bulge in it, so this hadn`t been finished properly. Yes I would recommend them but I would advice that people watch the finish of the job to make sure these finer details are completed properly.

The chap that came was very nice and very friendly and explained everything very well. I am very pleased with it.

Very prompt with the after care as well, we had just a common problem and they were very prompt in coming to fix it.

I was very happy with the service and its working well for me.

I just think its all fine, and my husband thinks its wonderful and the best thing that could`ve happened to us as we now don`t have to move house.

The whole process was straightforward, they did exactly what they said with no problems.

We were very pleased with the quick turn a round time for installation, we didn`t have to wait long at all. We did have a problem with the charging mechanism after installation so I can`t rate the quality as top marks. This was sorted quite efficiently after calling them however.

The lady was very nice, friendly and informative, and everything went well with the installation. We were very pleased.

They wanted to put the stair lift in earlier but I couldn`t accept due to other commitments. The service was very prompt from time of estimating to the installation only a week later.

The first unit failed so they had to reinstall with another one after initially trying to fix with new parts. Because of our lost confidence in their product, they also doubled the warranty based on the previous problems we had. Based on the most recent unit installed I would still give 5 out of 5 for quality and can only praise them for how they have dealt with the situation. The service is very good and I would recommend Acorn.

Absolutely brilliant, from the time I made the enquiry to it being fitted in about 4 days. I cant give enough praise to them, they were fantastic, particularly the engineer who came out - he was brilliant in what he did.
