They had originally quoted for a bit at the bottom that comes up (electronic hinge) but this ended up not to be needed, so they took the amount off the invoice afterwards. I would certainly recommend the company, the stair lift was for my mother in law and they were very polite and courteous and the issue with the hinge was sorted out very quickly with no fuss.

The Stair lift broke down a few months ago: they came and repaired it quickly, however it still makes some strange noises. At the moment its working fine, and I`d still recommend Companion as a whole.

I am very happy from the point of view that it does exactly what I need it to do.

My experience with Companion was excellent. The salesman were very polite; when they came to fit the Stair Lift they left the area extremely tidy and were very good at explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to other buyers.

I have already recommended to others. The young chap that sold it to us was a credit to the company, very clean and tidy and professional.

The job went fine, however they had to come back the following day and replace one of the parts as it wasn`t working properly. It wasn`t a major issue, and they sorted it out really quickly although at the time it was inconvenient. The Stair Lift is now working perfectly.

He was very helpful in demonstrating the product, he was very nice and patient. We are very pleased.

We agreed a time and they stuck to it. It was smooth, went exactly as planned and up to date it has been working perfectly. They far outshone 2 other companies that we had been in contact with and far less pushy!
