The Stair Lift works perfectly; the only thing is it makes more noise than I thought it would. Overall, I would definitely recommend Companion to other buyers.

I have already recommended to others. The young chap that sold it to us was a credit to the company, very clean and tidy and professional.

The job went fine, however they had to come back the following day and replace one of the parts as it wasn`t working properly. It wasn`t a major issue, and they sorted it out really quickly although at the time it was inconvenient. The Stair Lift is now working perfectly.

He was very helpful in demonstrating the product, he was very nice and patient. We are very pleased.

It was very good and we were very pleased. We are zooming up and down it and so are the grandchildren.

We agreed a time and they stuck to it. It was smooth, went exactly as planned and up to date it has been working perfectly. They far outshone 2 other companies that we had been in contact with and far less pushy!

I paid what they asked and they did a good job so I am happy but now I have just got a letter saying that they want me to extend the service and warranty for an expensive amount which they did not mention in the beginning. I feel this should be clearer from the outset.

Overall, I would recommend Harvey Water Softeners to other buyers. They did an excellent job.

I was very impressed, they started and completed on time. I was surprised that they had to fit new pipes and placed the system under the stairs rather than under the sink, however this was due to a technical issue in regards to our plumbing system. They did a really great job regardless. My blood pressure has seemed to increase since having the water softener installed, and so I can`t say I fully recommend them.

I was very pleased with the overall installation process and would definitely recommend them to other buyers.
