All in all, very satisfactory.

Companion did a good job, I would recommend.

They arrived half an hour early and completed the job within 2 hours. I`ve had no problems at all, the process has been fairly straight forward.

Everything is working fine, Companion did a good job.

The chap didn`t explain things as well as I would have liked with demonstrating the product..such as the ignition key etc.... I would however recommend the company, the stair lift is excellent..and everyone has been very helpful and efficient.

We got the Stair Lift cheaper than the initial quote, Its a good product and i`m very pleased with it. We have had to call the engineer out a couple of times as it makes a strange noise; not a huge problem just a bit noisy, but still works perfectly fine. Overall Companion have been very good, I`d definitely recommend them.

They took away all the containers and left everything tidy. The man was very nice, polite so we are very happy.

Initially there was an issue with the motor that caused the Stair Lift to stop working, however they came back and rectified it free of charge. Overall I would definitely recommend Companion.

They had originally quoted for a bit at the bottom that comes up (electronic hinge) but this ended up not to be needed, so they took the amount off the invoice afterwards. I would certainly recommend the company, the stair lift was for my mother in law and they were very polite and courteous and the issue with the hinge was sorted out very quickly with no fuss.

The Stair lift broke down a few months ago: they came and repaired it quickly, however it still makes some strange noises. At the moment its working fine, and I`d still recommend Companion as a whole.

I am very happy from the point of view that it does exactly what I need it to do.

My experience with Companion was excellent. The salesman were very polite; when they came to fit the Stair Lift they left the area extremely tidy and were very good at explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to other buyers.
