They delivered earlier than expected. The whole service was perfect, I really don`t see how they could improve.

The company were very efficient and prompt, from when I made the enquiry they were quick to get back to me and the installation went very smoothly.

The whole process went exactly how they said it would. They even matched the colour of the Stair Lift to our house decor, I`m very pleased with it.

Although we asked for some extra features, the initial quote remained the same. The stair lift itself is very neat and tidy; a little noisy, but you expect it to be. It`s very safe to use and overall a lovely piece of furniture. 5 stars to Companion.

Initially we had someone arrive to install and they had a stair lift for the wrong side of the stair case- so we had to wait another 6 weeks for the correct one to be installed. Once they did come I was very impressed with the ability and competence of the engineer.

I have no problems with the service from start to finish. The fitter in particular was friendly and very good and very neat in his work.

The stair lift is supposed to fit my mum and dad together and the safety belt fastens round the back of them where they can`t reach, I just feel as they are so elderly and reluctant to use it anyway, it is perhaps not simple enough. It would be fine for anyone a bit younger. The engineers were quite flexible and cooperative with the timing of the installation and they were always asking if there was anything they could do to help further. I would recommend them as a company to use.

They were very pleasant and very helpful both the sales guy and the engineer. No problems and very happy with the product.

My only problem is getting onto the seat and my legs tucked onto the base of the foot well area but that`s an issue more with my own mobility and I think maybe every stair lift chair would be designed the same with little space. I am grateful however that once on the chair I can happily get up and down the stairs now. The quality of the product is excellent and the company were very helpful and prompt in their replies via telephone and letter. I would definitely recommend them.

It was installed in my mother-in-laws but we would certainly recommend to others in terms of the service she has received.

The price was less than I thought , they were extremely helpful without being pushy, I cannot believe how smooth the process was and how good the price and delivery was. Also a very considerate company would certainly recommend
