Initially we had someone arrive to install and they had a stair lift for the wrong side of the stair case- so we had to wait another 6 weeks for the correct one to be installed. Once they did come I was very impressed with the ability and competence of the engineer.

I have no problems with the service from start to finish. The fitter in particular was friendly and very good and very neat in his work.

The stair lift is supposed to fit my mum and dad together and the safety belt fastens round the back of them where they can`t reach, I just feel as they are so elderly and reluctant to use it anyway, it is perhaps not simple enough. It would be fine for anyone a bit younger. The engineers were quite flexible and cooperative with the timing of the installation and they were always asking if there was anything they could do to help further. I would recommend them as a company to use.

They were very pleasant and very helpful both the sales guy and the engineer. No problems and very happy with the product.

My only problem is getting onto the seat and my legs tucked onto the base of the foot well area but that`s an issue more with my own mobility and I think maybe every stair lift chair would be designed the same with little space. I am grateful however that once on the chair I can happily get up and down the stairs now. The quality of the product is excellent and the company were very helpful and prompt in their replies via telephone and letter. I would definitely recommend them.

It was installed in my mother-in-laws but we would certainly recommend to others in terms of the service she has received.

The price was less than I thought , they were extremely helpful without being pushy, I cannot believe how smooth the process was and how good the price and delivery was. Also a very considerate company would certainly recommend

It was excellent and I would do business with them again. The whole level of service was excellent. The only reason I would not recommend is because I do not make recommendations for anything.

They were just so helpful, not just the bed, they advised me where to get the linen as well. I definitely needed it and the bed is such good quality. I am very happy.

The Stair Lift is working is very good and working fine.

They we`re unable to start the job when planned due to the snow storm, however they were able to make it down the following week. They sent a very good team of 3, who worked very well and did a great job. We are very pleased.
