If any one asks then I would definitely recommend them.

They had a few technical issues trying to install but they got there eventually within the day. We have also had a couple of technical issues since, which to be fair to them they have sorted straight away, so the back-up support is very good.

I have been very happy with the overall service of the company and would definitely recommend them. The only thing I am slightly disappointed about is the fact that I haven`t received a manual for how to use it when they said they would send it. They explained how to use the system but I cannot remember everything.

They arrived one hour late as a result of the roadworks happening on the M6, however they kept phoning to keep us up to date until their arrival. Everything from the service to the alarm was as good as I`d hoped and anticipated from reading previous reviews. It`s certainly a wonderful system, It`s got to be the best and i`m very happy with it.

The whole process went exactly how they said it would. They even matched the colour of the Stair Lift to our house decor, I`m very pleased with it.

Although we asked for some extra features, the initial quote remained the same. The stair lift itself is very neat and tidy; a little noisy, but you expect it to be. It`s very safe to use and overall a lovely piece of furniture. 5 stars to Companion.
