The Stair lift was cheaper than our initial quote. Companion were very good, I would definitely recommend.

Its all gone very well and according to schedule. No problems with the stair lift since. Of course I would recommend the company to others.

Everything worked out fine.

The quality wasn`t what I expected, but everything went well with the installation.

Overall they did do a good job- They worked very hard and even put the work in until 10pm on that same day. They hurried it for it for the sake of us really because we wanted in in for the first day of moving in. They have looked after us well in their pre -customer service care and after care. The only negative is the pet friendly aspect on the standard cameras, doesn`t really work. They are dealing with this however, as we are on a waiting list to have new specially designed cameras installed to replace them.

I would definitely recommend Verisure, they did a very good job. The system is really easy to use and we have been very happy since having it installed. They provided a quick service; we had the quote Friday, and the system was installed the following day.

They did not complete the job on time - it took 3 days to fully install the system as it had a few issues and was not initially working properly.

My only negative would be when you do have queries it does seem to take a long time to resolve.

Certainly would recommend- all good.

One thing that stood out, they really adapt to what your own needs are not just what they want you to have. Good after-care service, with regular updates about new products which is really helpful.

They were excellent- the two guys that came- you couldn`t fault them. All is working well with the product since.

I`ve already recommend them to others, everything went really well. There`s a few little queries I would like them to answer. But other than that we can work it quite well.
