Very happy with everything.

I didn`t like the rep that came to measure up, so Acorn kindly sold me a new lift rather than a reconditioned one. Although the measuring wasn`t done accurately which caused a few problems, the men that came to fit the life were hardworking and excellent. I am very pleased with how it looks and it was installed very well. Despite the issues in the beginning, I would recommend Acorn to other buyers based on the end result.

The job was in fact cheaper than the initial quote I was given. I would recommend Acorn, they provided a really good, helpful service.

The guy who came to install had little issues with it which came back each time.to resolve. I am very pleased with the service and product.

Companion were very good and pleasant throughout.

They had a few problems with the fitting but it didn`t inconvenience me at all as we hadn`t moved into the property yet. I was very happy with the service they provided and the quality of the stair lift.

I have a few issues outstanding: the quality of the water, the way the water flow has been affected, also the consumption of the salt block seems higher than it was suggested. I think you could get better value elsewhere.

The people who came to fit the stair lift were charming and brilliant. The area was left spotless - you wouldn`t have guessed they were there. The quality and look of the lift is very good, however it hasn`t been used. My husband is now in a care home, and so we do not need the Stair lift anymore. Companion still want me to pay the full price before they remove it, even though it is brand new. I would strongly hate for someone else to go through the trouble I am currently having with this company.

They measured up incorrectly, meaning that the Stair Lift didn`t fit properly. It worked, my wife was able to get up and down the stairs, however it scrapes against the wall when it reaches the top. After three weeks, it`s working perfectly fine now. I would recommend Companion to other buyers, as long as the measurements are accurate.
