It was quick and efficient and gave us what we needed.

The company give me a lot of confidence and I am very happy with the whole service.

Very quick and efficient, I ordered on the Wednesday and it was fitted on the Monday. Nothing but good to say about the experience.

Needed it within a couple of days so I had to barter with a price- I believe I would`ve got a better deal if I had had more time. The company did do a good job- and there were no problems with the installation. My only negative would be to suggest people to shop around before committing.

The rep said they would be coming in 2 days after the quote but it didn`t happen until a week after. This was inconvenient as family members.had arranged to be present with my mum for the installation. Other than that, we were very happy with the service and product.

They arrived early and started the job on time. I`m very pleased with it.

The job was better than the initial quote we were given. My parents seem to be very happy with it. The only negative I have would be that they didn`t make clear at the start of the process, the cost of the warranty.

Overall happy.

Very good service, no problems so far. Seems to be reliable and has made my mothers life easier and better.

My only query is the permanent flashing red light on the stair lift. Otherwise I am very happy with the service they provided and the product.

The Acorn reps were smart, efficient, and really helpful in explaining everything to me. I found that all the staff were very polite and pleasant, I can`t fault them in any way, they`re all very nice people. The stair lift however has just started to make a rattling noise when in use which I need to get sorted. But yes, I was very happy with the overall service and would recommend Acorn to others.
