After it had been measured up we agreed a date and they came just a couple of days later. I am very surprised at how easy the whole thing was, with the ordering, the measuring up and the installation. I have recommended to a friend already.

The completion time was very good indeed. We found that the salesman was extremely good and the installer was very efficient, effective and to the point.

They were prompt courteous, and efficient, they did what they said on the tin. The stair lift has had needed a software upgrade since but that was sorted no problem.

They were very good with the follow up when we had a concern with the stair lift.

Overall I cannot fault them and I am happy with how quickly the stair lift was fitted. The only negative I found was that they said they would need to come back to make a minor adjustment but they didn`t come back. Having the stair lift fitted has made a real difference to my dad. SOMEBODY MEANT TO OCOME BACK TO FINISH SOMETHING OFF BUT DIDNT LIFT GOES UP HITTING INTO STOP OF STAIRS SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE RAISED WAS A WAY- BUT DIDNT HAVE TO HAND WAS GOING TO COME BACK
