I am happy with the company and would recommend.

The whole experience with Acorn was very good. I had a bit of trouble with my legs not reaching the plate and they came straight away and fixed another part to it. I feel you can ask them anything and they will try and help you.

I initially got a quote from another company and my best friend recommended Acorn after they had already called me. I am so glad i chose them as there was not a hitch anywhere throughout the whole experience. Excellent.

They were quick to respond to my enquiry and quick to install the product for us. Very happy with the excellent service.

Very quick and satisfactory, they had to liaise with my parents who are elderly but all went well and my parents weren`t confused at all.

Originally we had an afternoon slot which wasn`t convenient, so we asked for a morning slot which was another 3 days later- then they asked for 8:30am, my mother has carers so this is too early. They actually arrived at 7:30 am and had to wait outside for the carers to finish. Once started the installation was complete within an hour and a half. So we were very impressed with this. The process all went reasonably well and the stair lift is benefiting my mother greatly.

They came on time, they did the job and its perfectly fine and working. They were very courteous and very helpful.

I would recommend the company but I only have one little gripe in that when it had only been in for a couple of weeks the company were already trying to sell us the additional 4 years warranty to make 5 years covered. While I appreciate this may be peace of mind for some people, for us, it was just a little too much for us to think about so soon after paying out for the stair lift.

It was a very good job, well done, very satisfied with it. The speed that it was installed was far better than I had expected- 4 days from survey to installation.

The price didn`t change from the survey. I would recommend but with one comment, the selling of the 4 year warranty after the stair lift had been installed was rather sharp and didn`t make sense as the installer had already quoted it as being much less. I certainly didn`t want to think about 4 years ahead when the first year was covered. However, the functionality, and the way it was put in was all fine.
