I was impressed with the quick delivery and how quickly they assembled the bed. Overall a smooth experience.

Oak Tree Mobility were very good indeed- very pleasant- I have no complaints at all. The sales representative was excellent- really good. The delivery people we`re not so good. They didn`t check everything before they left and there were bits my husband had to finish. I am sitting in my chair now and I`m very comfy.

From the initial enquiry to final delivery everything was first class and as they promised.

McCarthy were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The people that delivered the bed were great and left everything tidy.

We didn`t know what we wanted, my wife had just come out of hospital. We selected Mccarthy because they were very helpful and fairly close to us. We had a rough idea of the prices, the quote that we got went up as we upgraded certain parts but the prices are very competitive. Delivery was prompt and they set it up very quickly and left everything tidy. The quality of the bed is great and everybody we spoke to was so helpful.

My mum and dad have had a few issues with the chair but this has been resolved very efficiently by Oak Tree Mobility. Their after care is excellent and have made sure we are happy. If you can afford one of these products they are definitely worth it.

Very good. The only general comment I would like to make is that buyers need to be made aware that the mattress takes time to be flexible enough to settle as it should. This may take up to 6 months, so to have been aware of this would have been useful as currently my wife`s feet do not reach the floor when mobilising. Otherwise the whole service was very good- we had a lot of help from the agent that first came out and there was no pressure to buy at all, only support.
