The only thing I wasn`t informed about was not being able to use my electric blanket on the foam, but Oak Tree have since told me I can use for 10 minutes at a time. I am happy with the experience and would recommend Oak Tree Mobility to other people.

We did order the beds and there was a delay in the production, which is the only reason I would give the service 4/5. It has enhanced my quality of sleep since having the bed, so generally I am very happy and would recommend Oak Tree Mobility.

The guy that quoted was first class the guy that fitted was first class the only criticism i have is phone calls i made to the office were not returned otherwise happy with the product

Although the quality of the product and the job itself was good i feel that the Customer Service side let the Company down. The job was started three weeks after the date the Rep gave me and i couldn`t get hold of the Customer Service Rep assigned to my case. The Engineers installing the Stair lift were very good.

It took them about 3 hours and they stayed until about 8pm. So far I am quite pleased - so I will say 4 out of 5 for the service and the product. I would definitely. recommend the company to others.
