Happy with the product

Although the quality of the product and the job itself was good i feel that the Customer Service side let the Company down. The job was started three weeks after the date the Rep gave me and i couldn`t get hold of the Customer Service Rep assigned to my case. The Engineers installing the Stair lift were very good.

i was very happy with the Company, the Engineers were very polite, courteous and delivered everything they had promised.

It took them about 3 hours and they stayed until about 8pm. So far I am quite pleased - so I will say 4 out of 5 for the service and the product. I would definitely. recommend the company to others.

Started within 24 hours- finished the same day. Everything was perfect, I would recommend them completely, but I think they should spend longer explaining the alarm system as we triggered the alarm once by mistake. We`ve have got far far more than I thought we would for the price.

Apart from a few little things I don`t understand (which I will sort) I am very happy with the product and service they gave.

It worked out cheaper than I expected. They started the work the very next day and completed much quicker than I thought. I have already written a huge recommendation on the Trust Pilot website about how excellent I felt they were. Top quality for a reasonable price.
