They said it would take 3 days to install but this was unexpectedly spread over a week. I wasn`t disappointed because what they were doing what was necessary. I would give the product a 4/5 because The lift needed slight adjustments as we first went into it and it got stuck, the engineer say it was out of balanced, I am very happy with the product. we are both registered disabled and it has really benefited our lives. I did have a stair lift outside but the consultant said it was best to keep moving so we do not use that as much and use this indoors.

Very pleased with the quality of the product and the service, they couldn`t have done better. I have already recommended them to friends.

I am so pleased with the product and I can`t believe I have lived without it before. Harvey were really great and I cannot fault them.

Its a good company, the only thing is the soap slabs they have given, I feel I am using more than I would have normally, but I will keep assessing this as I go along.

They were nice guys and did just what I expected them to do.

The only negative I have to say is that the engineer didn`t know much about the charger so he had to get another engineer to come out the next day to explain, but that was fine. Its such a big change, washing my hands I still put too much soap on, when I don`t need to. I used to have dry skin under my nails which was painful, now that problem has gone as my skin is softer. I would highly recommend Harvey`s to anyone. More people should use Harvey`s and get this done!

They did what they said on the tin, its a very reasonable, good product and I am very happy with it.

Pretty good company, they were very good at demonstrating the product, very polite engineer and did it accordingly on time.

They were a very professional company they clearly know what they are doing and the product is working well so everyone is happy all round.

Excellent company, they quoted so much better than another company the day before. The design of the track around the door is a really good feature and their follow up customer service is fantastic. They didn`t want to take the money until the job was complete and we were happy.

Everything was fine, it was all done pretty quick, and all is working well with the product itself.

The only thing I wasn`t informed about was not being able to use my electric blanket on the foam, but Oak Tree have since told me I can use for 10 minutes at a time. I am happy with the experience and would recommend Oak Tree Mobility to other people.
