They said a date to be delivered and they tried to get the bed in but couldn`t get it in one piece. I then had to wait 3 weeks after that for a new bed to be made. Once it arrived it only took 20 mins/half an hour to set up and they explained all the different bits to me. I was happy with that. I would definitely recommend having an adjustable bed but I would not recommend the company because I would shop around first. The main reason being the quality of service, I feel they should`ve taken measurements when they first sold me the bed, there was no communication when things went wrong, no keeping me updated with the situation of the delivery, which aggravates me more so.

They quoted me a good price and they did the job in time to a good standard, they also demonstrated the stair lift well to my father in a patient way, so he fully understood how to use it.

The price stayed the same and the job was done on the day they said it would be done...I couldn`t believe how quickly the chap did install it actually. He was very pleasant and demonstrated how to use it so we understood before he left. I would certainly recommend the company to other people.

I negotiated the price with the company and I was happy. I gave them a date that I wanted it to be installed and they accommodated this and installed on that day. The quality of the job was very good, but I do have to phone them as there may be a problem with the stair lift ... just with a knocking noise. I would recommend the company, they were very helpful whenever I phoned them and throughout.

My only concern was that they left the bannister rail across the bed, they quickly removed it in the morning however. I would recommend the company but I have only had the stair lift for a week. The engineers were very polite and I do feel they are a very good company.

I have used the company before for installing a stair lift in my own property, so I was more than happy to put them forward again for my father. We did have a slight problem with the product after installation, but the company soon came out and rectified this. I am very happy with them as a company.

The company were much less pushy than other companies we had got quotes from, they were very clean and business like in their approach and waited for when we were ready. The engineer that installed was fantastic and i couldn`t be happier with the service they provided.

There was a delay of a fortnight with the installation as there was a discrepancy with the planning officer. They did leave things tidy except for cigarette ends left outside my property. I would give a 4 out of 5 for the quality purely because there is a noise from the lift, just before you reach the bottom. The engineers were very good however and knew what they were doing.

Before we had it installed we were able to see another completed installation nearby. This was very reassuring as the people within that home were very impressed with the workmanship of Stiltz and we could actually see the product in action in a very similar house to ours. They came one day to cut the floor through, then they came back to complete the installation the next day. The process was very quick and efficient. They had to reinforce some of the flooring which was all included in the price, the crew told us this was going to happen so there were no surprises. I thought they were excellent and carried out the work very well, they very tidy and took away the surplus debris. I`d definitely recommend this company.

Really delighted with it. Everything went so well and it was installed quicker than we thought.

There was a little problem because they had scratched things on installation so they had to touch the paintwork. They touched it up but it wasn`t left perfect, so I would say this is the only thing that let them down as a company.
