They installed within the period of time they had stated. They took a day and a bit, the only reason for this being that the guy got held up in a traffic jam. I would give a 5/5 for quality. I couldn`t fault them, they were very good - I wish we had done it earlier. We had various quotes from other companies and had some unwanted experiences/prices from this, so its a shame we didn`t find this company right in the beginning. Very happy.

It took the guy 6 hours to complete. I would definitely give them full marks for the quality. From start to finish the company were excellent and excellent value for money as they were by far the cheapest.

They did a drain pipe and didn`t connect it to the actual drain...so we had to get back to them about that. They did offer to fix it but we decided to put a water butt underneath it in the end. There is what looks like masking tape on the top, which the company did say they told me about, so I am ok with that. I wouldn`t recommend the company based on the fact they left the drain pipe hanging which I don`t think is acceptable. The guy that came to install was very old fashioned and just had pictures etc to show rather than anything more modern.

They said it might run into a day and a half but they finished in one full day from working really hard on it. The actual product I would give a 5/5, but there`s one leg that my eye has noticed is out of level. I won`t do anything about it though as its only a niggle and the chap did ask me at the end of the day if all was ok and I told him yes. I am generally very happy with it. The price was very very good, in comparison to other companies especially as its such a good quality product.

I would give 4 out of 5 for the quality of the lift, but there was a huge mistake with the ordering as they ordered the wrong lift and then later another mistake with the measurements and parts, this delayed the installation hugely. As a result I would not recommend the company.

The product itself is excellent and the engineers were great once they got to me, but Pollocks admin were appaulling which they have since apologised for. Their whole schedule had gone out of the window and they left me in the dark for 7 weeks. Even though there has been an improvement with this since I complained, i would still say they are a bit tardy. For me it is a limited the product as I needed a lift that could withstand a heavy weight. There are not many companies that can help with this. So, I would recommend the product to other customers if this is what they need, but I would warn them about the admin and customer service.

Everything went reasonably smoothly, the only thing with the timing was that we were told they would do it within 3 days, when it actually needed 5 days, the builders came for 3 and the engineers 2. I would give it a 5/5 for quality. The only negative is its not easy to get it to work with the wheelchair in it but we are waiting for Stiltz to come back and make some adjustments. The whole process went pretty much as we expected so we are happy and would recommend them.

They delivered before time which was unexpected but very pleasing - two people came and it was set up in record time. They showed myself and my wife how to use the bed and all of the old stuff was taken away including the old bed. They are very good. They did everything that was asked and more, they phoned me 2 or 3 times to ask if I needed different things. I would definitely recommend them.

The company delivered earlier than expected. They were very tidy. I would`ve liked the salesman to show us a bed, but they said they don`t do this anymore. They are very good and helpful to deal with. We would definitely recommend them.

We were quite happy with them as they gave a lifelong guarantee with the bed frame. They rang before delivery and kept us updated. Delivered on time and set it all up quickly showing us how it worked. If people ask me then I would definitely recommend McCarthy. The quality of the product so far is very good and is doing exactly what I needed it to do.
