We had to chase a few times for the quote in the beginning and then to get an appointment for the job itself. I would give 4 out of 5 for the quality because the edge of the roof has nails sticking out which to my eye looks unfinished. It also looks different to the sample photo they initially showed. One particular positive is they were happy to quote me from the measurements I gave over the phone and the photos I sent through to them. That was good. I didn`t like how there was no explanation at the end of why the roof looked like that and certainly no after care call to check we were happy with the installation. Therefore, I wouldn`t highly recommend them to others although i understand everyone`s expectations are different.

I would definitely give full marks for the quality of the job and someone came round the other day from 123V with a customer to use our installation as an example demonstration. So yes I would definitely be happy to recommend their services. They are very efficient and good value.

Our customer was very happy with the process over-all and would give top marks for the quality of product and service. As a company ourselves, we would certainly use 123V Carports again in the future.

There were a couple of little issues and a small leak in one spot but this was soon rectified. Extremely efficient in all other areas so I would recommend to others.

The man told us the chair would be a month and it was delivered in 3 weeks. It was set up quickly and all explained very well to us. Definitely 5/5 for the quality of product and customer service. We ordered 2 chairs and have had no problems. We got on very well with the boss. He came and measured up and showed us a miniature chair with all the different options, there were hundreds of fabrics and other options to choose from. My wife particularly is benefiting from hers. The chairs are rather expensive but I feel they are worth it in the end. We are very happy with the company.

It all went very well and the man that did it had put the original carport in 25 years ago, so our old one had lasted that long, this being part of the reason why we stayed with the same company. We were very pleased with the man that did the work and the quality of the work, the whole thing was very satisfactory...I have no complaints at all.

They arrived on time and completed within 2 days as they had stated. It was only one guy who was battling with the windy weather, so I think if he had of had help it may have been a slightly better job, hence why I am giving 4 out of 5 for quality. It isn`t anything I would want to complain about though as its very minor and cosmetic. The lad cleared up everything on his own. I have already recommended the someone who had admired the carport. I am very happy..

They installed within the period of time they had stated. They took a day and a bit, the only reason for this being that the guy got held up in a traffic jam. I would give a 5/5 for quality. I couldn`t fault them, they were very good - I wish we had done it earlier. We had various quotes from other companies and had some unwanted experiences/prices from this, so its a shame we didn`t find this company right in the beginning. Very happy.

It took the guy 6 hours to complete. I would definitely give them full marks for the quality. From start to finish the company were excellent and excellent value for money as they were by far the cheapest.

Very efficient and very pleased with the carport.

They did a drain pipe and didn`t connect it to the actual drain...so we had to get back to them about that. They did offer to fix it but we decided to put a water butt underneath it in the end. There is what looks like masking tape on the top, which the company did say they told me about, so I am ok with that. I wouldn`t recommend the company based on the fact they left the drain pipe hanging which I don`t think is acceptable. The guy that came to install was very old fashioned and just had pictures etc to show rather than anything more modern.
