Happy with everything apart from i have been charged a month in advance and i was not aware this was going to happen.

I was very happy with the company. There was a bit of dust left which they offered to hoover up but I told them it was fine. The system is really easy to use and I have had no problems with it since. My only niggle is after the 4 year contract, I have to pay for some kind of sensor that goes onto the top of the stairs which is going to be an extra £6.00. I need to check this with them though as it is only what I have read.

I would recommend Verisure they only thing i would have liked is more of an introduction on the alarm system there are some features which i don`t know how to use.

I did not want a pay monthly alarm system and felt as though I was tricked into getting the system. I was surprised to receive a statement for a direct debit when i had specifically stated i did not want a pay monthly system. I Questioned this when i received it and was give the alarm system for half price i will keep the system for now but will not keep long term as i do not want a pay monthly alarm. There is nothing wrong with the alarm works well but am looking for a 1 off payment. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

They were earlier than they thought in delivering. I had to set it up myself but the man at Camelot advised me on delivery that he would call and talk me through the set up which I was happy with.. The chair is a bit creaky and not very smooth in its operation but it is no different from the other samples I had seen from other companies. It was however very much cheaper than what other companies were quoting. Therefore I feel the company are very good value for money and I had researched that they were `Which` recommended, As long as people are aware that they are not paying for someone to come and put the product together, which I was fine about, then yes I would definitely recommend. The main thing is my husband is very happy with the chair, after having his stroke, and the chair is helping towards his progress in becoming mobile again.

There was a discrepancy with the person who came to measure up and the person who fitted. The installer called the company to alter the plan which I am very grateful for as it meant the structure worked much better. The people that came were great fun and they did a wonderful job.

There was an issue with the snow supports, but they sorted this. They were in contact with us all the time, no significant problems at all.

No problems - I can`t fault them at all. They came quicker than what they said, so they were here a month after we had ordered it, a father and son put it up and did a fabulous job.
