My husband has motor neurone disease and Louise the director is such a lovely lady who pointed me in the right direction for what he needed. The guys set it up very quickly and efficiently the only trouble they had was with the old bed as it didn`t want to go down the stairs! The new bed itself is brilliant and so comfortable, we chose the 5ft with the 2 mattresses that tip and tilt separately. Even I am benefiting from having this bed as its a pleasure to sleep in. Without a doubt I would recommend the company and urge other buyers to look at McCarthy.

Disappointed slightly as we advised verisure that we had an elderly cat that did not go out so was in a lot and was advised we could still use the alarm that the cat would not set off sensors but turns out that is not correct, so we were misinformed. Everything we were please with, extremely tidy and efficient.

Happy with everything apart from i have been charged a month in advance and i was not aware this was going to happen.

I was very happy with the company. There was a bit of dust left which they offered to hoover up but I told them it was fine. The system is really easy to use and I have had no problems with it since. My only niggle is after the 4 year contract, I have to pay for some kind of sensor that goes onto the top of the stairs which is going to be an extra £6.00. I need to check this with them though as it is only what I have read.

I would recommend Verisure they only thing i would have liked is more of an introduction on the alarm system there are some features which i don`t know how to use.

I did not want a pay monthly alarm system and felt as though I was tricked into getting the system. I was surprised to receive a statement for a direct debit when i had specifically stated i did not want a pay monthly system. I Questioned this when i received it and was give the alarm system for half price i will keep the system for now but will not keep long term as i do not want a pay monthly alarm. There is nothing wrong with the alarm works well but am looking for a 1 off payment. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
