People should read invoice carefully as they didn`t deliver what was expected, 2.5ft delivered instead of 3ft wide. Compensation offered but still waiting. Not happy with the quality of bed or the way the bed operates. The people installing were very nice.

I think the service from Companion was excellent .The gentleman was very nice, they phoned afterwards but with no pressure unlike other companies. The service I`ve had overall is very good.

They reduced the price by matching with another company. In terms of the sales process and making the order, they did not harass me at all afterwards, they allowed me to mull over things whereas the other company kept on calling. I decided on Companion because they seemed to do more measurements with the stairs and also my dad , they also didn`t put any other company down , whereas the other company I dealt with did.. The guy who installed it was very polite and explained how it worked. My dad has a touch of dementia and the engineer was very good dealt with his needs sensitively. I would recommend Companion certainly but would also recommend customers get quotes from other companies so that you have the option to negotiate the price.

We had to keep urging them to hurry as our mother was coming out of hospital. They were supposed to install within 5 days but we had to really pursue them. It ended up being about 2 weeks. On the day they installed, it was done quickly and to a high standard. I would be cautious to recommend based on the initial problems not sticking to the installation date, which is also vital when a customer is so in need.

I like their system it is quite up to date, good value for money and gives me peace of mind.

The sales guy wasn`t pushy at all, he was very friendly and laid back. They were a few days late in installing because the stair lift was still in Holland on the day it was supposed to be installed. This didn`t inconvenience us too much though. Companion had given us two options in how it would be fitted. I didn`t want it to be visible from the front door so we were able to park the stair lift out of view..that was really important to us. I would definitely recommend the company, my husbands life is so much better for it and he whizzes up and down the stairs like a 2 year old! Sales guy wasn`t pushy at all..
