Disappointed with windowsill paint chipped and wallpaper marked . Really like lift though. Waiting for payment from Stiltz to my burglar alarm company for damage caused by Stiltz workers

I hadn’t noticed the option to pay extra for assembly of the chair and removal of packaging. From reading other customer reviews I thought that was as standard. So a bit disappointed when delivery was drop-off only. However I did manage to assemble it, albeit slowly, and it’s a really reasonably priced, comfortable chair which works well for my disabled husband.
Supposedly Bespoke Chair I couldn’t even sit in comfortably. Very difficult to even discuss the situation with anyone. They have now collected the chair for what they consider necessary adjustments but threatening me with legal action as Bank have recalled payment until I am satisfied with purchase.
