We negotiated a time for installation which worked well. They only took 2 to 2.5 hours to complete the job. I would certainly give them 5/5 neatness and efficiency and the quality of water is perfect and just what we were looking for.

The installation was a bit it quicker than expected. I would give 6 out of 5 for the quality of the job. I am very pleased. I have had several people come round to inspect the stair lift and I think they are going to be purchasing also. Companions communication was very tight and good and this included the follow up after sales.

The process was ok, I just didn`t like how the pipework was routed into the main tap and this wasn`t explained at point of survey. Other than that I am happy and would recommend.

Very happy with the system, unfortunately they didn`t complete on time due to the plumber causing a 4 day delay but it wasn`t an issue for us. I have already recommended to friends.

There was lots of confusion over the time and date to install. I found the customer service agent quite rude suggesting I was lying at one point. The guy that came to install, I would give a 5/5, he did a great job. He bent over backwards for my mother and was very professional in his work. Unfortunately due to the experience with the customer service side of things I would not recommend the company.

We were very happy with Oak Tree Mobility. The sales guy was not pushy at all and brought us a small bed for us to try. We have had one problem with the foot mechanism on my side but the company soon came out and sorted this. This company were much more pleasant than the other company that had come round to quote us. It was good to compare.

I think the company fell short on how they surveyed because they missed a lot of things that needed to be done. They ordered the wrong sided chair so when it did arrive it was no good to be fitted. They also failed to recognise that a joiner would be needed for the floorboards so when the electrician came he was unable to do his work. The quality of the product now installed is great but it took 6 weeks to install because of the initial problems. I would recommend the company for the product but I would score them low on their expertise in surveying and getting the right team together for the job.

The company were very quick and easy, they understood what was needed, very good at promoting just what was needed and not pushing things that weren`t, so we felt they were catering for our needs all along.

They were very efficient and professional. Even when there was a `nick` found on the seat, they came straight out and replaced it. I just wasn`t very happy that they chose to call only 5 weeks after installation to try and push the extended warranty. Other than that, I was very happy and would recommend their service and products.

Oaktree really understood what we needed. If you have a mobility problem then they are the company to use. The installers couldn`t do enough for us and would recommend to anyone. Best people ever.
