We found that McCarthy did the wall hugger which was a better price, not a lot of companies do that one. It`s still early days so the quality I will give 4 out of 5, it looks very nice but I haven`t had really had the chance to settle into it, it could possibly be a bit softer but that might rectify itself over time. I had several quotes but no one would ever tell you how much they were. Whereas McCarthy did. Everything that she said was going to happen, happened. I only had to pay a small deposit and then I sent a cheque once arrived, so even that was very easy. The company is very helpful and I`m glad your website recommended them. I wouldn`t have known the companies had I not.

The only thing that I find is an issue is because my main water supply is going through the loft, the softener had to be installed up there. This is a pain for changing the salt. I understand this is how my system works, but I feel with their expertise they could`ve guided me on how this could be changed or be different. Therefore, although they met my expectations, they didn`t exceed my expectations of them, which is what makes any company stand out. Other than that, I am happy with their service and I have recommended them already to friends/family who are going to buy from them.

They seemed fine, they set the payment up ok, sales man was good he explained everything well, although didn`t waste our time going through things we knew already as we already had one. The engineer came and installed with no fuss and cleaned up everything after.

The bed seems to be of decent quality, although the person who it was for, are still in hospital, but I am sure it is going to work out fine and be what they need. The company delivered on time and made everything very easy.

They were the best of all the others quoted. Absolutely 5 star service. They were very honest and upfront, no messing and no frills. Brilliant.

The engineers had quite a job as it was a lot more work than predicted. But they were fantastic in how they managed it. I was very happy with them and the job they did. Also what swayed me to use this company was that they take an interest free payment plan, which was perfect for us.

Top marks for quality. There was no pressure selling and they were quite efficient.

They did it within 3 days of the presentation which was brilliant. It took about 3 hours to complete the work with 2 guys, one was installing and an assessor assessing the plumbing work - the job was immaculately done. I would definitely give them 5/5 for quality because they put an outside tap in for us which was done carefully and neatly. The existing pipe work also re-sited back into the cupboard, meaning we didn`t lose any space for having the water softener. I looked at the two companies offered and Harvey`s although more expensive was on balance the better option. The presentation of the chap that came to do the assessment was so professional and detailed. Very happy with the service and quality of the product.

Everything was perfect with the quality and the workmanship, the only issue was that some marks were left on the walls and doors.

The guy was very helpful as it had to go in a different cupboard. The quality of the product is brilliant so I would definitely give it top marks.

Exceptional Service from this company. The representatives whole demeanour and how professional they were was just splendid.

The engineer was there half a day, it was fine. He came at 10am and then left at 3:30pm... My only little issue was that I had to run after him to fix my cupboard door back on as he had shot off without doing that. Everything else was good though and have already recommended the company to many others.
