We had a rather bad experience with the ordering of the parts we needed. so much so it took 4 appointments over a month to get the stair lift in place and safe. The issue wasn`t with the survey but the person transferring the survey details onto the ordering form. Lots of errors. I would give 4/5 for the product as we still have to clean the hand rail. I would recommend the stair lift and the sliding rail as Companion were the only company with that product which suited our accommodation, but I would tell them to make sure they have ordered the correct parts before they come to install. The weeks that passed whilst waiting for them to get it right was tough, with me having to carry my mother up the stairs due to the handrail already being removed..

We are very happy - the young man was absolutely brilliant couldn`t have asked for anyone better. We use it a lot and have no complaints at all its really been life changing.

Very good and very efficient, cannot fault them as a company.

The guys that installed it were brilliant even though it was a hard installation they completed it in a day and i am very happy with it.

Wish we had done it sooner very happy with the product. However the salt blocks go down quicker than we were advised but that is a minor detail.

The quality of the job was perfect. I`ve just had to call Harvey`s because it wouldn`t switch itself off, bu they came out very quick. The service is so impressive. I have already recommended the company to my neighbour.

We found that McCarthy did the wall hugger which was a better price, not a lot of companies do that one. It`s still early days so the quality I will give 4 out of 5, it looks very nice but I haven`t had really had the chance to settle into it, it could possibly be a bit softer but that might rectify itself over time. I had several quotes but no one would ever tell you how much they were. Whereas McCarthy did. Everything that she said was going to happen, happened. I only had to pay a small deposit and then I sent a cheque once arrived, so even that was very easy. The company is very helpful and I`m glad your website recommended them. I wouldn`t have known the companies had I not.

The only thing that I find is an issue is because my main water supply is going through the loft, the softener had to be installed up there. This is a pain for changing the salt. I understand this is how my system works, but I feel with their expertise they could`ve guided me on how this could be changed or be different. Therefore, although they met my expectations, they didn`t exceed my expectations of them, which is what makes any company stand out. Other than that, I am happy with their service and I have recommended them already to friends/family who are going to buy from them.

They seemed fine, they set the payment up ok, sales man was good he explained everything well, although didn`t waste our time going through things we knew already as we already had one. The engineer came and installed with no fuss and cleaned up everything after.

The bed seems to be of decent quality, although the person who it was for, are still in hospital, but I am sure it is going to work out fine and be what they need. The company delivered on time and made everything very easy.
