They brought the chair but where I can`t use my right hand and the working mechanism is on the right side, they had to come back at a later date, to install the right chair. This was fine though, I didn`t mind. It frightens me a bit as its a bit noisy and I`m not used to it, but I would still give it a 5/5 for quality and I would recommend the company.

Excellent. The delivery guys were amazing as they had a very difficult stair case to go up. We are very happy with our beds.

We came to an arrangement for the price and came to a good deal. They held the chair and settee until I was ready to move into the property. Top marks for the quality in both. Only one little problem with 2 little staples that have been sorted. The brochure explains everything, colour choices and designs...all fully shown in the brochures, so I was able to liaise with the Managing Director about the one that was right for me. The company are cordial and willing to work with you, a lovely, family company. All exceptionally helpful.

The company were very quick and efficient, they were the best quote we received out of 3 companies.

Overall i would recommend them but not a fan of the feet on the stairlift it felt very rough to touch looked chipped - i`m am not satisfied with the finish of the product.Thought i would get 10% of warrenty as i took it out for 4 years but the boy i spoke to on the line came across as though he didnt know anything about it so i am currently speaking with them to chase them up regarding this.
