Unfortunately they were late starting the install and then they had to change seat and swivel due to the configuration of the staircase which meant the job over ran by some time. Quite happy with the quality of the job.

Happy with the products just a couple things which made me mark them down, theirs a dink in the arm of the chair and the stair lift runs nice and smooth until it goes over the joints then its quite clunky, will contact companion if it gets any worse. Overall i would recommend them.

The day we asked it to be fitted he came at midday and had it all running, explained all the bits and pieces. It does what I ask and it really does take the strain of my legs.

The product is excellent - the reason i`ve only given them a 4 is because they were due to me at 9 but never turned up until 1. Apart from that the service was great and i would definitely recommend.

Served its purpose cant fault anything - very friendly fitted very quickly in time for my wife to come out of hospital a week after speaking with them.

They were very professional and they had good finance options, that flexibility allowed us to stagger the payments which was great for us. They were also very thorough in their demonstration that they gave us initially.

Very professional and friendly. I think the outside box could be designed a bit better, but it is functional if a little basic.

The stair lift was for my parents, they are very happy with the stair lift and the whole process.
